Kikomba allows customers to return goods if you are unhappy with the product. Kikomba gives customers 7 Days to have the item returned to us once you have received it as long as the item/s are in the original state, unopened and in the original packaging. All returns must be unused for us to accept them. Please contact us before sending back your order explaining the reason for sending the item/s back. Please do this by the contact us page.
If you would like to return an item please email us and we will send you the correct address to send the package to. It is your responsibility to have the item returned to us safely. Kikomba needs to have the item back within 30 days of you receiving it and we cannot be held liable for lost or late returns. It is your responsibility to pay for the returning of the item.
Once the item/s have been received by Kikomba we will examine the products and a refund will be made within 30 days of the inspection if the goods meet the criteria listed on this page. Refunds will be made in forms of store credit or when requested by PayPal. Postage and packaging is not refunded. All items returned are subject to a 15% handling and restock fee.
